We believe every person has been designed by God for a one-of-a-kind Masterpiece Mission—what many people refer to as their calling or purpose.

In Jesus, we see the full and complete expression of God’s mission. Scripture tells us that Christ embodies the fivefold calling—Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd, and Teacher (Ephesians 4)—and invites his people to grow into that same fullness.

Rather than assigning titles or roles, the fivefold helps us name the impulses God has woven into each of us—the ways we are most naturally drawn to participate in what Jesus is already doing in the world. While most of us lead with one or two impulses, spiritual maturity isn’t about staying in a lane; it’s about growing together toward the fullness of Christ, learning to reflect all five in love, humility, and service.
