No faith journey is created equal! A key part of our responsibility as mobilized disciplemakers is coming alongside others with tools, environments, and content we believe will be the best fit for their spiritual growth. To help discern and identify the seasonal journey a person or a group of people might be in, we’ve created 3 main categories to describe the organic outcomes of joining Jesus in His mission for the world:

EXPLORE (John 1:39 - “Come and See”)

 

• PEOPLE: Those who are EXPLORING Jesus, the church, and/or spirituality (often for the first time)

• ENVIRONMENT: Exploring faith through courageous CONVERSATIONS with God and others​

• DISCIPLEMAKER Q: What's the conversation I need to lead?

DEVELOP (Luke 9:23 - “TAKE UP YOUR CROSS AND FOLLOW ME”)

 

• PEOPLE: Those who are DEVELOPING their faith as they follow Jesus

• ENVIRONMENT: Developing CHARACTER & CALLING through spiritual habits

• DISCIPLEMAKER Q: What's the spiritual focus I need to lead?

MODEL (John 21:17 - “Feed My Sheep”)
 

• PEOPLE: Those who are ready to MODEL faith into the lives of others as they follow Jesus

​

• ENVIRONMENT: Modeling multiplication by equipping others through COHORTS to disciple others who are exploring and/or developing their faith

​

• DISCIPLEMAKER Q: Who is ready to be a disciplemaker?
